How Does the "Big Rebate" Program Work

Obtain a rebate of up to 1.5%* of the purchase price of your house. Just do your initial house search on the net, and we do the rest! We make the appointments, and show you the interior of the houses. We make the offer, acceptance and do the closing, just as traditional real estate companies do.

Pre-qualify for a Loan - The first step toward savings is to find out what price house you can comfortably afford. This step will pre-qualify you for the loan you take out to purchase your new home. By taking this step with a qualified lender in advance, it enables buyer (yourself) to profit by being able to move quickly on a home that you place a bid on, and it enables the seller to confidently deal with the buyer. How Does the Home Buyers Rebate Program work?

The "Big Rebate" only applies if you drive by the property prior to setting up appointments and the purchase price is at least $100,000. To the extent you want to view properties without driving by first, the maximum rebate is 1/2 of our commission up to 1.5% of the purchase price. For any home sale with a final sales price (excluding closing costs) of $100,000 or more, where Buy Home Direct has acted as their sole and exclusive agent in the purchase of real estate, Buy Home Direct will rebate to the buyer 1/2 (one half) of the cooperating broker commission or fee (up to 1.5% of the final sales price) to the closing costs and rate buy down of the buyer. Commission paid to Buy Home Direct at the at the successful settlement/completion of escrow.

For any home sale with a final sales price (excluding closing costs) of less than $100,000 where Buy Home Direct has acted as their sole and exclusive agent in the purchase of real estate, Buy Home Direct will rebate to the buyer a flat rate of $500. at the successful settlement/completion of escrow.
